Global Igbo Leaders (GIL)

Global Igbo Leaders (GIL) is a coalition of Igbo organizations committed to the progress, unity, and advancement of the Igbo people worldwide. Our collective strength is rooted in a shared vision of fostering cultural preservation, economic empowerment, social development, and political engagement for the Igbo community across continents.

As an umbrella body, GIL brings together diverse Igbo organizations from different sectors, regions, and backgrounds to collaborate on initiatives that uplift and strengthen Igbo heritage, values, and interests. Through advocacy, education, humanitarian efforts, and strategic partnerships, we strive to create a global network that promotes the growth and well-being of Ndi Igbo at home and in the diaspora.
